Car body system connection

The aluminum alloy structural parts and carbon fiber components of high-speed rail car bodies often use riveting processes. For example, the intelligent pressure-sensing expansion riveting system of the Fuxing high-speed train can achieve penetration-resistant connections on 360° curved carbon fiber panels. Tests on Shenzhen Metro Line 6 show that this technology can complete 85,000 rivets without failure.

Steering system fixation

High-speed rail bogie components (such as gearboxes and bearing seats) are fixed with high strength through riveting to ensure that parts do not loosen during high-speed operation.

Brake system installation

The connection between the brake disc and the wheel uses a special riveting process to enhance the brake system's vibration resistance and prevent connection failure caused by vibration.

Electrical system wiring

Rivet nuts are used to fix cable brackets to the car body, ensuring the stability of electrical circuits during high-speed travel and preventing faults caused by circuit detachment.

Anti-loosening fastening requirements

Some high-speed rail anti-loosening fasteners use riveting structures, such as the combination design of self-locking nuts and washers, which lock parts through friction to meet anti-loosening needs in complex geographical environments.
